As many as twice within several months, Krzysztof Błażejczyk, president of Telewizja Lokalna „Azart-Sat”, changed the editor-in-chief. In March this year, he removed Bogdan Mazurkiewicz from the position, entrusted it to Dariusz Filistyński, and then, after several months, hired Alicja Burchardt.
Let us recall that Bogdan Mazurkiewicz got the job after Piotr Roman won his first mayoral election. Mazurkiewicz helped Roman in the election campaign. In 2006, Dariusz Filistyński was already helping in the election campaign. In March 2007, he received the position of editor-in-chief and replaced Mazurkiewicz. Now another change has taken place, and the cable TV owner's daughter has become editor-in-chief.
Alicja Burchardt lives in Jelenia Góra and is a graduate of the Kolegium Karkonoskie there. She does not hold a master's degree. For many years, she worked with the television station in Jelenia Góra.
Telewizja Lokalna „Azart-Sat” is a company. Cable TV owner Leszek Burchardt holds the majority of shares, while 40 percent belongs to the city. Every year, the television station receives tens of thousands of złotys from the municipal budget. The station often features Mayor Piotr Roman.
