The film shows photos of the school buildings and captions praising the institution. Two controversial scenes were inserted into this material. The first depicts simulated oral sex with what appears to be an artificial penis; in the second, a masked boy runs into a classroom and exposes himself. The film was available on the YouTube website for approximately 19 hours, during which time it was viewed by nearly 700 people. The material was removed after intervention by the Boleslawiec.org service.
It is not yet known who prepared and posted the film online. The police are looking for this person. The creator presumably did not realize the legal consequences he would face. He could even be sentenced to imprisonment.
The most upsetting aspect of the case is that news of the film provoked many people who had not seen the material to express hurtful and unfair opinions about the school and its students. Laura Słocka-Przydróżna, headmistress of the Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształcących, stated firmly that no member of staff recognized either the students appearing in the film or the rooms. Nevertheless, the creator of the material must have been someone familiar with the institution—someone who decided to defame or ridicule it.
