On Saturday, September 15, the final of the Mio Fujifilm Bikemaraton, a prestigious cycling race, took place in Polanica Zdrój. After nine editions of what is currently Poland’s largest event of its kind, Bolesławiec resident Rafał Iwan is second in the overall standings. He is not the only rider from Grupa Kolarska Cyklosport Bolesławiec to finish high among the leaders. Przemysław Szczucki secured fifth place.
Grupa Kolarska Cyklosport Bolesławiec currently brings together more than 40 people. This year, the club’s riders once again finished among the leaders of Poland’s most prominent MTB marathon series.
