Forecasters from the Wrocław Meteorological Forecast Office warn that heavy rain may pass over southwestern Poland today and tomorrow. The threat level was assessed at two on a two-level scale. The weather is expected to improve on Thursday evening. The anticipated effects of the rainfall include: local flooding, inundation, flood risk, damage to roads and buildings, and transport difficulties.
