Crowds of Bolesławiec residents and their guests were awaiting Kayah's announced concert. The performance by the star of Saturday evening was preceded by a concert by the Sofa group. The band presented music combining hip-hop, modern soul and R&B. The Bolesławiec audience particularly warmly received a reworking of "Fu-Gee-La" from the repertoire of the now-defunct trio Fugees.
After Sofa's performance, the long-awaited star of Saturday evening—Kayah—appeared on stage. The people gathered in front of the stage listened to and watched a unique show. The interplay of lights, music and the energy with which the singer positively radiated warmed up the Bolesławiec audience. Kayah proved to the people of Bolesławiec not only that she is an excellent vocalist. She also showed that she can laugh at herself (she paraphrased the words of her own songs—"Once I was a pipe at the bottom of your cheese" in "I Was a Rose"). Among other songs, the star performed such hits as "Sleep, Darling, Sleep," "On Everyone's Lips," "Right to Left," "Superwoman," "Testosterone" and the fantastic "Get Down On It" from the repertoire of Kool & the Gang. During breaks between songs, Kayah talked and played with the audience.
The surprise of Saturday evening was an unannounced dance show performed by the Canon group from the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre and the Oriental Dance Group. The performance by the latter group, led by Elżbieta Eisenblaetter, enchanted the audience so much that it demanded encores twice.
