On Friday before 8:00 p.m., the Bolesławiec fire service dispatcher received a report of a fire at the former Rulimpex plant. Wooden pallets stored outside were burning. While extinguishing the pallets, it turned out that smoke was also coming from a nearby plant building. Firefighters removed the bars from a window and got inside. A desk with documents was burning inside. Both fires were extinguished. The probable cause of both fires was arson. The firefighting operation lasted just under two hours. Nine firefighters took part.
