The first aerator was installed in the city pond a year ago. Last year's investment was intended not only to improve the area's aesthetic appeal, but also to improve oxygen conditions in the pond and eliminate unpleasant odors. The effects of a single aerator proved insufficient. It was therefore deemed necessary to install another device to oxygenate the water.
The city pond in Bolesławiec is located along a historic walking route that runs alongside the defensive walls. To make this place, so popular with Bolesławiec residents, even more attractive, both aerators have also been illuminated. More than PLN 42,000 from the city budget was allocated for the installation of the additional aerator and two lighting sets. The work was carried out by Zieleń-Plan Zbigniew Wolański.
A new parking lot will be built on Dolne Młyny Street
We would also like to inform you that the Bolesławiec-based company Sab-Bud is to build a public parking lot, including drainage and lighting, by the end of August. The parking lot, designed with 25 spaces for passenger cars, including two for people with disabilities, will be built near Municipal School Complex No. 1. More than PLN 147,000 from the city budget was allocated for this purpose.
