One of the offers is a tourist ticket, which entitles passengers to an unlimited number of journeys on all local and express trains. The ticket costs PLN 60 in second class and PLN 80 in first class. It can be used throughout the country—from Wednesday evening until Monday morning. The tourist ticket is issued to a named passenger, so it can only be purchased at ticket offices. Passengers wishing to transport a bicycle once will pay PLN 4.50, and for multiple journeys—PLN 10.

The excursion ticket, meanwhile, costs from PLN 2.50 to PLN 31, depending on the distance and train category. This offer can be used for a short journey of up to 200 km. The ticket is valid only in second class. It can be requested both at a ticket office and on the train. The offer will be valid from Wednesday evening until midnight on Sunday.

Planning a trip abroad? The ZVON “Euro-Nysa” ticket makes it possible to take a one-day trip to our western and southern neighbours. An all-day excursion, for example to Liberec in the Czech Republic or the German resorts in the Zittau Mountains, is possible for just PLN 20—or PLN 75 for five people. This is the price of the ZVON ticket, which can be purchased at the PKP railway station in Bolesławiec. The ticket entitles passengers to travel on local and express trains from Bolesławiec to Görlitz and Jelenia Góra. On the German side, it can be used on all services operated by the Upper Lusatia and Lower Silesia Transport Association (ZVON). The ticket is valid throughout the ZVON area in Germany and throughout the Liberec Region in the Czech Republic. The only exceptions are urban transport services in Liberec and Česká Lípa. The ticket is valid from the time of purchase until 4:00 a.m. the following day. In the Liberec Region, it is valid until midnight on the day of validity. The train timetable is provided below.

  • Görlitz 9:14 – Liberec 10:57 (LausitzBahn train, runs only on Saturdays)

  • Zittau 11:19 – Kurort Oybin 12:02 (SOEG narrow-gauge railway train, hauled by a steam locomotive, runs until 31 October).

Return to Bolesławiec.

  • Liberec 16:03 – Zittau 16:32 (ČD Czech Railways local train, runs daily)
  • Kurort Oybin 16:12 – Zittau 16:53 (SOEG narrow-gauge railway train, hauled by a steam locomotive, runs until 31 October)

  • Görlitz 19:36 – Bolesławiec 20:30 (PKP Przewozy Regionalne train, runs daily)

During the upcoming June weekend, some trains will run on altered schedules:

  • the Friday “KWISA” train to Lubań Śl. at 19:30 will additionally run on Wednesday, 6 June, but will not run on Friday, 8 June
  • the train to Lubań Śl. at 10:37, which runs on Saturdays and Sundays, will additionally run on 7 June (Thursday) and 8 June (Friday)
  • the train to Węgliniec at 12:37 will not run on 7 June (Thursday) or 8 June (Friday).
