According to police findings, the Seat driver lost control of the vehicle while overtaking, drove into a ditch and hit a tree. The 37-year-old, a resident of Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka, was traveling alone. The incident was classified as a collision. The man was fined PLN 200. Firefighters, paramedics and police officers were at the scene.
