The incident occurred in the evening, after 7:00 p.m., on a road in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. Two cars collided; two drivers and three children were travelling in them. After the collision, one car stopped in the middle of the road and the other on the roadside.
The children complained of back pain, while the adults apparently suffered no serious injuries. Two children and one woman were taken to hospital by ambulance.
The road was blocked for more than an hour.
