Laura La Wasilewska
Born in 1986. A graduate of the European Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 2010, she defended her diploma with distinction at the Faculty of Painting, in the studio of Professor Antoni Fałat, with an annex in drawing under Professor Barbara Szubińska. Her master’s thesis was supervised by Dr Izabela Galicka. She also studied under Professor Franciszek Starowieyski and Professor Wiktor Zin. The artist’s works are held in private collections in Poland and abroad, including Austria, England, France, Japan and the United States. Permanent exhibitions of her work can be seen at the “Zadra” Gallery in Warsaw and at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The artist has already held a dozen or so solo exhibitions and several dozen group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. In August 2012, she won a three-week stay at the international painting plein-air event in Dresden (Palais Sommer). Among the Polish artists whose works were included in the Charity Art Auction for the Maestro Foundation (Forbes Grand Ball 2013), her work achieved the second-highest result. She is an exhibition curator, co-founder of the interdisciplinary group Młodzi Sztuką (together with Edyta Dzierż) at the OW ZPAP, and co-organiser of many artistic events, including the Art Fresh Festival – Art Fair, held annually since 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw. She has received awards and recognition not only from critics and the artistic community, but also from the media: interviews with the artist and presentations of her work have repeatedly appeared over the years on various television stations, in the press and on internet portals. She is invited to various television and radio programmes, reviews art publications, and discusses art and the art market.

Bożena Wiszniewski
She is a visual artist and interior designer. Bożena Wiszniewski graduated from the Faculty of Interior Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1988. She received her diploma with distinction in Professor Zbigniew Wójcicki’s design studio and studied painting in Professor Jan Lis’s studio. Six months after completing her studies, she moved permanently to Australia to expand her knowledge of the new design standards in force there. She completed a diploma course in building design and technology and worked in architectural and construction companies until the end of 2011. At the beginning of 2012, she opened her own art studio and took up painting. You have to work hard; talent is like a ticket for the journey, but the rest of the journey is systematic work. The last series of my paintings, which I included in a solo exhibition at the Tacit Gallery in Melbourne in May 2013, was painted in acrylic. I like to paint quickly, and the fact that acrylics dry quickly seems to suit my painting temperament. But that does not mean I have abandoned oil painting forever. Landscape fascinates me most as a subject, but in reality it is only a pretext, a starting point, because what happens immediately afterwards is ultimately the most important. I am fascinated by colour and its mutual relationships, which drive me towards further discoveries in order ultimately to awaken emotions in the viewer once again. She belongs to the Polish Artistic Foundation in Melbourne, Australia, and since December 2012 has belonged to the interdisciplinary artistic group Młodzi Sztuką, which was founded in Warsaw. During her two years of painting, she had four solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions. As Henri Matisse once said, she dreams of an art of balance, purity and tranquillity, free from troubling or depressing subject matter—soothing and calming to the mind, like a good armchair that provides relaxation after physical fatigue. She lives and works in Melbourne, Australia.

Jerzy Treit
He attended the PLSP in Zakopane. In 1991, he began studying Art History at the Catholic University in Lublin, where he founded “GALERIA 1”, which exhibited artists including T. Kulisiewicz, S. Rodziński, Ryszard Miłek, R. Olbiński and Picasso’s friend Nejad. In 1992, he went to Paris on an artistic scholarship. There he met, among others, Eva Aeppli, a Swiss painter and sculptor; the renowned “new realist” Daniel Spoerri; and Jean Ives Moch, an art critic associated, among other institutions, with the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Eva Aeppli gave him a studio in the city centre, and he took part in numerous artistic events. He works in painting, drawing, computer graphics and sculpture. He is a member of the Association of Polish Pastel Artists. He designs applied-art objects and makes his own paper. From July 2003, he served as Director of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Pcim. He co-organised the “Open Doors” International Art Workshops for young people, artists and people with disabilities. He founded the “Gallery in the Provinces”, operating at the Municipal Cultural Centre, where artists such as Jacek Sroka, a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, and renowned musician Jan Kanty Pawluśkiewicz exhibited their work. He currently lives and works in France and Poland.

Renata Brzozowska
The female figure is at the centre of my interest—her beautiful body and extraordinary soul. My personal search for femininity in a man’s world ends on canvases where I present not only physical nudity, but also emotions. I invite you to a realm of painting created under the influence of admiration for human beauty—especially that of a woman who possesses a unique inner magic.

Justyna Izabela Bamba
She works in painting, graphics, drawing and sculpture, creates interior-design works, plaster applications and much more. Her works are held in private collections both in Poland and abroad. As she says, art makes the world a better place.

Krzysztof Wiśniewski
Born on 15 April 1960 in Chełmża. He has lived in Lipno for several years. A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He studied painting under Professor Mieczysław Ziomek and drawing under Jędrzej Gołaś. He works in oil painting and drawing. He creates paintings with an illusory space in which buildings, flying stone umbrellas, bells and clocks are incorporated, forming a metaphysical landscape abandoned by humankind. Professor M. Ziomek describes him as an artist with a high level of artistic awareness. His paintings create a world of forms and signs, introducing viewers to a highly personal world of metaphors and symbols. These symbolic forms suggestively radiate their original colours against a contrasting background, stimulating the viewer’s imagination. His work belongs to the trend of “poetic metaphor painting”.

Touanda – Aneta Mlaś
Aneta Mlaś, pseudonym Touanda. Born in 1980. Born in Katowice, she has lived and worked in Tychy for 10 years. She works in drawing and graphic design. In her free time, she writes poetry. Her drawings and graphics were published in a special edition of the online magazine “MEGA*ZINE LOST&FOUND” (2014) and the Literary and Artistic Quarterly “sZAFa” (2013). She co-organises exhibitions and poetry-and-art meetings in Tychy. She creates using ink, fineliners and markers. Her attention to detail and distinctive line style have made her work increasingly popular. She has held a dozen or so solo and group exhibitions, including in Łódź, Kętrzyn, Warsaw and Katowice. She has received several awards and distinctions, including a distinction at the “Muza” Interdisciplinary Exhibition (under the patronage of Art Imperium, 2014) for her drawing “Intuition”. She was selected as “Artist of the Month” (2014) in a competition organised by “Qadrans Kultury” and the artistic portal talent.pl. She collaborates with several online art galleries, and her drawings find buyers in Poland and abroad. She considers drawing the best means of conveying emotions, states and processes between a person and the surrounding reality.

As she says about herself: she is a realist in a world of dreams and a dreamer in reality.
