The subject of the acceptance was the first stage of the reconstruction of two side roads located off Kleeberga Street and Starzyńskiego Street. The renovation was financed from the city budget and by the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative. Construction costs amounted to PLN 322,278, including PLN 220,754 from the city budget; the remainder came from the funds of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative. The task involved reconstructing two sections of side roads branching off Kleeberga Street. The road width was increased to 5 m. As part of the works, parking spaces with asphalt-concrete surfaces were constructed. The surfaces of the pavements and the approaches to multi-family residential buildings and refuse containers were made of concrete paving blocks. A ramp for people with disabilities was built where the existing embankment had been.
The works also included renovating the pavement along Kleeberga Street, with a concrete paving-block surface; reconstructing the road drainage system; reconstructing the lighting line, including relocating the lighting poles; and eliminating the conflict between the power line and the parking spaces. The contractor is Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych from Jałowiec near Lubań.
Underway is the construction of Herberta Street together with drainage and lighting. The contractor is Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych from Jałowiec near Lubań. Construction costs amount to PLN 951,486. The funds come from the city budget. The road is approximately 800 m long. As part of the works, road drainage was constructed in the form of a gutter made of two rows of concrete paving blocks. The project includes building concrete-paved pavements and installing 28 lighting poles with LED light sources. The works are scheduled for completion in November.
At Słoneczna Street, a road is being built together with drainage and lighting. Renovation of the road surface and pavements is also planned. The surface area of the newly constructed road is 510 m2, while the section of Słoneczna Street being renovated is approximately 1,130 m2. During the investment, a retaining wall was built to secure the embankment next to the new road section. The project also involved replacing the existing section of the combined sewer and the overflow pipeline between Słoneczna Street and Wojska Polskiego Avenue. Five lamps with LED light sources are planned for the new road section. The works are scheduled for completion in November. The contractor is Sudeckie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych from Jelenia Góra. Costs amount to PLN 295,638. The funds come from the city budget.
The City Hall has accepted the works on the construction of the link road connecting Rzemieślnicza Street with provincial road no. 297—Jeleniogórska Street. The works involved connecting the structural surfaces of these roads and installing horizontal and vertical road markings. The contractor is Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych from Jałowiec near Lubań. Construction costs amount to PLN 14,200. The funds come from the city budget.
Work is underway on drainage for the access areas to the garages on Łasicka Street. The contractor is Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Bolesławiec. Costs amount to PLN 73,520. The works are scheduled for completion in mid-October 2016.
At Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec, renovation of the right-hand pavement is planned. The contractor is Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej in Bolesławiec. Replacement of the pavement surface will be preceded by the replacement of the gas network, carried out by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa, Wrocław Branch. The new pavement will have a concrete paving-block surface. The works will continue until mid-November 2016.
Because Dolne Młyny Street is administered by Bolesławiec County, the works are being carried out pursuant to Resolution No. XXVII/283/2016 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 24 August 2016, concerning the provision of in-kind assistance to Bolesławiec County in the amount of 100% of the expenditure for carrying out the task in question.
