The result of several weeks of work by nearly one hundred people was the preparation of almost two hundred employees and their families to participate in the parade inaugurating the Ceramic Festival. New costumes, makeup and choreography. This year, Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła decided not to enter the competition.
In addition to the parade, the company's employees prepared a ceramics fair held in the city center and an exhibition in the Ceramic Garden, which, as usual, was organized on the company's premises at Kościuszki Street. The Ceramic Garden presents the latest designs, which will be shown at the Ambiente trade fair in Frankfurt and at an exhibition in Tokyo.
The garden also hosted a presentation of the artistic work of two decoration designers: Ms. Teresa Liana and Maria Starzyk. The photographs and graphic design of the catalogues were created by Ms. Paulina Stefańczyk, also an employee of the company.
Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła – Ceramika Artystyczna participated in two exhibitions accompanying the Ceramic Festival:
- an exhibition entitled “New Design in Bolesławiec Ceramics” at BOK-MCC
- an exhibition entitled “From Bolesławiec Clay. Exhibition of the Association of Ceramic Municipalities of the Republic of Poland” at the Bolesławiec Museum of Ceramics.
