The incident occurred during the night of September 3–4. An end-of-summer party was taking place in Suszki (Bolesławiec municipality), with children also in attendance. At one point, three attackers forced their way in. A fight broke out. Eight people were injured, including a resident of Suszki who was taken to hospital. Fortunately, nothing happened to the children.
One of the perpetrators, a 27-year-old man, has already been charged with participating in a fight or beating that exposed a person to the direct danger of loss of life or health. All three face up to three years in prison. We will return to this case.
