On the Psy do adopcji Bolesławiec page, we read:
A car pulled up and someone left 10 little ones at the door of a stranger’s house. The kittens were of different ages, and some of them required treatment. Some were shiny and healthy. Others were extremely thin, possibly on the verge of starving to death. Just bones and fur. They scattered in all directions. And danger was waiting for them on every side.
The little ones were taken to a temporary foster home, but ideally they would recover in new families. Caring for them requires a great deal of time, and temporary foster homes are bursting at the seams. It is no wonder when someone abandons so many kittens at once. […]
If it had not been for the phone call from local residents, these tiny ones would either have starved to death, been run over by a car, or been torn apart by dogs. They are not afraid of people, gladly cuddle up, and sat quietly and obediently in the carrier.
