Officers from the Legnica traffic police detained a 31-year-old man who failed to stop for inspection. The resident of Lubin County was detained after a chase. He fled because he is subject to a court-imposed ban on driving motor vehicles.
During the detention, the officers noticed the man's unusual behavior. It turned out that he had been driving under the influence of drugs. What is more, it came to light that this year the police had already detained the 31-year-old twice: for hitting a worker building the S3 road and fleeing the scene, and for… driving under the influence of drugs.
Police supervision was imposed on the detained 31-year-old resident of Lubin County, who drove under the influence of drugs despite a court-imposed ban. He now faces up to five years in prison.
