According to the police's preliminary findings, the driver of the Volkswagen Passat was responsible for causing the accident at the intersection of Dolne Młyny and Mostowa streets. While turning left into Mostowa Street, she failed to yield to the motorcyclist approaching from the opposite direction. The woman explained that a lorry had been turning into Mostowa in front of her and that she had not seen the Honda rider. Her driving licence was confiscated.
