The cast includes a host of stars, including Jared Leto, Will Smith and Margot Robbie. David Ayer, the creator of the war drama "Fury", took the director's chair.
"People Like Us" is a documentary film attempting to portray the impact of the Warsaw Uprising on Warsaw's young residents today, focusing mainly on young-generation artist-musicians who refer in their works to the events of 72 years ago. In addition to archival video footage and photographs from the time of the Uprising, the film contains numerous statements from well-known rock, hip-hop and reggae performers, including Kazik Staszewski, Leo Che, Marika and Hemp Gru.
As part of the “Summer Cinema for a Tenner” series, on 7 August at 12:15, viewers will see the adventure film “Mój przyjaciel orzeł”. In addition, the second week will feature “Ice Age: Collision Course”, in which Scrat once again becomes the source of misfortunes for the main characters, as well as the Polish comedy ”Kobiety bez wstydu”, telling the story of the career of a charming con artist who poses as a psychoanalyst and achieves great success among his female patients.
