One of the offers is a tourist ticket, which entitles passengers to an unlimited number of journeys on all passenger and express trains. The ticket costs PLN 60 in second class and PLN 80 in first class. It can be used from 6:00 p.m. on the working day immediately preceding days off work until 6:00 a.m. on the next working day. May 2 and 4 will not be treated as days off work, so a separate ticket must be purchased for each of the following periods:
- from Friday, April 27 to Monday, April 30
- from April 30 to Wednesday, May 2
- from May 2 to May 4
- from May 4 to Monday, May 7.
Another offer is the regio pass—a ticket entitling passengers to multiple journeys on passenger and express trains on any three selected days. The regio pass costs PLN 120. The offer will be valid:
- from April 30 to June 8
- from June 25 to September 27
- from October 29 to December 28.
People travelling with children (up to 16 years old) can benefit from cheaper family fares. A 33% discount is available to a maximum of two adults travelling with a maximum of two children. Naturally, children should carry a document confirming that they are minors.
Passengers planning a short journey (up to 200 km) can purchase an excursion ticket. This ticket provides a 15% discount on the selected route, but only in second class. The offer can be used from 8:00 p.m. on the working day immediately preceding days off work (Saturday, Sunday or public holidays).
Those wishing to visit family or friends in Germany can take advantage of a special offer: the all-day ZVON ticket. The ticket costs PLN 20 and entitles passengers to travel by train from Bolesławiec to Zgorzelec/Görlitz and Jelenia Góra. On the German side, it can be used on all services operated by the Upper Lusatian and Lower Silesian Transport Association (ZVON), including German regional railways (DB Regio, Lausitz Bahn), regional narrow-gauge railways, intercity buses and public transport. The ticket is valid from the time of purchase until 4:00 a.m. the following day. It can be purchased up to two days in advance at the PKP ticket office at Bolesławiec railway station.
During the long weekend, some trains from Bolesławiec will not run on certain days or will run on altered dates:
- the train from Wrocław (8:40 a.m.) to Węgliniec (at Bolesławiec at 10:38 a.m.) runs only on Saturdays and Sundays, and additionally from April 30 to May 4
- the train from Wrocław (10:40 a.m.) to Węgliniec (at Bolesławiec at 12:36 p.m.) runs Monday to Friday, except from April 30 to May 4
- the “KWISA” train from Wrocław (5:44 p.m.) to Lubań Śląski (at Bolesławiec at 7:28 p.m.) runs only on Fridays, except May 4
- the “KWISA” train at 5:54 p.m. to Wrocław Główny runs only on Sundays, except April 29.
