More than 30 table tennis players with disabilities took part in the Lower Silesian Championships. The competitors came, among other places, from Opole, Poznań, Brzeg, Zielona Góra and Wrocław. The hosts fielded a strong team. The Bolesławiec players took all the podium places among themselves in category 6–8. The title of Lower Silesian Champion was won by Zbigniew Kurasz, ahead of Waldemar Krzemiński and Andrzej Kwiatkowski.

In the wheelchair group, Lech Jabłoński from Poznań was victorious. Bolesławiec resident Waldemar Szczepek finished fourth in this category. In the 9–10 group, the championship was won by Marian Stefaniak from Poznań. In the OPEN category, the cup went to Wrocław; it was won by Wrocław resident Marek Cholewa.
