The theft took place on 4 July in Karpacz. The man took approximately 30 packages of various types of ceramic tiles from a guesthouse that was then under construction. The victim estimated their value at approximately PLN 1,500.
Officers arrested the 31-year-old Karpacz resident. The man admitted committing the offence and voluntarily submitted to punishment. He also indicated where he had hidden the stolen property.
He now faces up to 5 years in prison.
