In an email to the editorial office, he wrote:
I wanted to draw attention to a certain problem, namely the lack of lighting on the chimneys, or at least on the tallest chimney of Zakłady Ceramiczne. It is a tall structure, so, as I understand it, it should have appropriate lighting. […] Can’t the ceramics plant also take care of this?
“There used to be lighting on the chimney of the Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej,” explains “ii,” the former head of ZEC and newly appointed president of Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec Wiesław Ogrodnik. “When the ZEC chimney collapsed and we built a new one, we were no longer advised to install lighting. The same applies to Zakłady Ceramiczne.”
It is worth adding that all mobile-telephone masts are lit. The ZC Bolesławiec chimney, meanwhile, is marked with red-and-white stripes.
