Pursuant to Article 17(1)(3), in conjunction with Article 6 of the Revitalisation Act of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1777), the Mayor of Bolesławiec announces the dates of the public consultations on the draft resolution of the Bolesławiec City Council concerning the adoption of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme for the Bolesławiec Urban Municipality.
The following are entitled to participate in the consultations:
- residents of the area proposed for revitalisation, as well as owners, perpetual usufruct holders and entities managing properties located in that area, including housing cooperatives, housing communities and social housing associations,
- residents of Bolesławiec other than those living in the proposed revitalisation area,
- entities conducting or intending to conduct business activity in the municipality,
- entities conducting or intending to conduct social activity in the municipality, including non-governmental organisations and informal groups,
- local government units and their organisational units,
- public authorities,
- entities exercising the rights of the State Treasury in the revitalisation area.
The consultations will be held from 2 July to 2 August 2016 in the following forms:
- collection of comments and proposals in paper and electronic form. Proposals and comments may be submitted electronically to rewitalizacja@um.boleslawiec.pl or by post to: Bolesławiec City Hall, Rynek 41 – Town Hall, 59-700 Bolesławiec, marked “Municipal Revitalisation Programme”; they may also be submitted in person at the Customer Service Office of Bolesławiec City Hall, Rynek 41 – Town Hall, 59-700 Bolesławiec, from 2 July 2016 to 2 August 2016,
- a study walk, to be held on 2 July 2016 from 12:00 to 14:00 along the boulevard on the Bóbr River (by the railway viaduct, Cieszkowskiego Street), for the purpose of collecting comments and proposals,
- a study walk, to be held on 9 July 2016 from 11:00 to 13:00 in the area adjacent to the former “Mieszko” department store (Asnyka Street), for the purpose of collecting comments and proposals,
- a consultation meeting on 12 July 2016, from 15:00 to 17:00, in the Councillors’ Hall of the Bolesławiec town hall,
- a consultation meeting to be held on 13 July 2016, from 10:00 to 12:00, in the community centre in the Kościuszki housing estate (Kościuszki I area). The meeting is organised for residents of the Kościuszki I and II areas,
- a survey conducted among residents using an online questionnaire posted on the Bolesławiec city website (www.boleslawiec.eu),
- the person designated to provide explanations concerning the draft resolution of the Bolesławiec City Council on the adoption of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme for the Bolesławiec Urban Municipality, which is the subject of the consultations, is Tomasz Gabrysiak, Bolesławiec City Hall, Rynek 41 – Town Hall, room 305, during office hours; email address: rewitalizacja@um.boleslawiec.pl.
The draft resolution concerning the adoption of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme for the Bolesławiec Urban Municipality and the consultation questionnaire will be available from 2 July 2016:
- in the Municipality’s Public Information Bulletin, under the “Municipal Revitalisation Programme” tab,
- on the Bolesławiec city website (www.boleslawiec.eu), under the “Municipal Revitalisation Programme” tab,
- at Bolesławiec City Hall, Customer Service Office, Rynek 41 – Town Hall, during office hours.
Immediately after the consultations have ended, a summary of their course will be prepared, containing information about where and when they were held, an overview of their course and the comments submitted, together with a response to those comments.
Failure to submit opinions and comments within the above-mentioned deadline shall mean acceptance of the solutions and regulations proposed in the draft resolution or resignation from the right to present one’s position.
