Bolesławiec sixth-grade students performed really well in the examinations: the average total number of points scored by children from the urban municipality of Bolesławiec exceeded the provincial average in every part of the test, by at least one percentage point! It is worth adding here that this year's Sixth-Grade Test consisted of three parts: humanities, language and mathematics-and-science; the students therefore had to demonstrate a really broad range of knowledge.

Moreover, almost all Bolesławiec primary schools ranked above the provincial level, especially in the humanities section and in the foreign-language section.

The best results, however, were achieved by students of the Oxpress School and Preschool Complex, who—once again—recorded the highest average number of points in the city. The provincial average was also left far behind.

Here are the results:

  • in English:
    • average total points scored by Oxpress PSP students: 93.2
    • provincial average total points: 71.6
    • city average total points: 77.4
  • in mathematics
    • average total points scored by Oxpress PSP students: 75.0
    • provincial average total points: 52.5
    • city average total points: 53.4
  • in Polish:
    • average total points scored by Oxpress PSP students: 73.5
    • provincial average total points: 70.0
    • city average total points: 62.7.
