Their drivers are participants in a rally along the route of the 2nd Polish Army, organized by the Pancerny Skorpion Association from Opole.
The crews of the vehicles, coming from all over the country, are history and Willys enthusiasts. These vehicles were used by Polish soldiers on all fronts of World War II. Rally participants have already visited all the major battle sites in Europe, wherever the Polish Soldier fought victoriously. In May, they visited Monte Cassino for the third time and took part in anniversary ceremonies.
Vehicles that helped win World War II, known to young people only from war films, will arrive on Sunday, June 12, from approximately 11:00 to 12:00, at Bolesławiec Market Square.
