The work was carried out by Bud-Dróg from Kożuchów. The scope of the planned road works included the redevelopment of the courtyard together with the construction of lighting and a small playground for children (stage I).

The redevelopment also included repairs to the roadway and pavement on Wróblewskiego Street alongside building no. 5. The old road and pavement surfaces were removed, and new road surfaces made of concrete paving blocks were then installed. The new pavements were made of openwork slabs and paving blocks.

The work included, among other things, the construction of new retaining walls and the drainage of the site. External steps with retaining walls were reconstructed at each staircase in the buildings; the entire structure was made of clinker brick on concrete foundations.

The rear area is illuminated by six park-style lamps. The cost of the work is nearly PLN 460,000. The funds came from the city budget.
