The courtyard at Kościelna and Zacisze streets provided a perfect setting for the mysterious events. The story by Robert Urbański is one that could have happened in any courtyard in Lower Silesia just after the war. Poles arriving from all directions, trying to rebuild their lives, move into a tenement building.

The new tenants realize that one of the apartments remains locked. A German widow lives there, surrounded by conflicting rumors.

The outdoor performance, accompanied by live music, was also the finale of events held as part of the Week with Bolesławiec County.

Directed by Lech Raczak, set design by Piotr Tetlak, music by Łukasz Matuszyk. Actors from the Modrzejewska Theatre in Legnica performed in the production.
