Dawid Meier became interested in photography at the age of fifteen, and since then he has systematically expanded his skills in the field. He honed his photographic craft independently and, thanks to his talent, perseverance and hard work, secured his future. His photographs were recognized by the University of South Wales.

During the opening, Dawid said that his photography began with taking pictures of his female and male classmates. Then he became absorbed in macro photography and photographed only nature. Next, he became fascinated by portrait photography and invited friends to photo sessions.

“What excites me most now is street photography,” Dawid said. “That is why I photographed people in Italy and Poland. I saw Poland as gray and sad. And I looked for people who were sad. In Italy there were colors, joy and carefree living,” the graduating student added.

The photographs presented in the exhibition were created as part of a school project marking the school's 70th anniversary. The exhibition will be open until June 30, 2016.

Congratulations, and we invite you to the Orzeł Cultural Integration Center at Chopina Street. Admission is free.
