People applying for this position must meet the following requirements:

  • Polish citizenship
  • at least 21 years of age
  • full public rights
  • at least secondary education
  • an impeccable reputation
  • physical and mental fitness
  • a regulated status with regard to military service
  • the applicant must not have been convicted by a final court judgment of an offense prosecuted by public indictment and committed intentionally, or of a fiscal offense.

Additional qualifications that increase the chances of being hired include: knowledge of regulations concerning the operation of the Municipal Guard, computer skills, a category B driving license, authorization to drive an emergency vehicle, and good knowledge of Legnica’s topography.
