On Sunday, the “Elektryczni” team faced Trójka Mikołów. The hosts were on top in the first set, winning it 25–18. But in the second set, the Bolesławiec players showed what they were capable of and won 25–22. The next two sets ended with the same scoreline – 25–22 for BTS Elektros.
Thus, the “Elektryczni” defeated the tournament hosts 3–1, recorded their third consecutive victory in the semifinal tournament and advanced to the final.
Congratulations to the “Elektryczni”!
Update
It is now known that the final tournament will begin on Friday, 13 May (hopefully an unlucky date only for our rivals!) in Kozienice, in the Masovian Voivodeship. The town is known, among other things, for its power plant, so the “Elektryczni” team will fit right in there.
