Coached by Marcin Sobczyszyn, the volleyball runners-up of Lower Silesia are taking part in a semifinal tournament for promotion to the second division, held in Mikołów (Silesian Voivodeship). The tournament will last three days. On Friday, “The Electricians” faced SPS Głogówek. The Bolesławiec team made a fantastic start! In the first set, our players crushed their opponents 25–10. In the second set, our team, including its reserves, ran over Głogówek 25–13.
“The Electricians” sealed their crushing victory over the Głogówek team with a 25–14 win in the third set. There is a volleyball expression: an hour with a shower. That is exactly how it was this time too. Let’s hope it continues!
On Saturday, our volleyball players will face TS Wena Kostrzyn nad Odrą, and on Sunday they will take on the hosts, UKS Trójka Mikołów. We are keeping our fingers crossed for BTS Elektros!
