Pedestrians can now cross the street at two new crossings—near the intersections of Złotoryjska Street with Asnyka Street and Grunwaldzka Street.

As Andrzej Szymkowiak, director of the Municipal Roads Authority, reports, the crossing was closed at the request of residents and the police. It was located at the widest point of the roadway. The new crossings are safer because the time needed to cross from one side of the roadway to the other is significantly shorter.

Horizontal road markings are still present at the former crossing. They will soon be removed. Until then, access to the crossing at this location is closed off with barriers.
