Offer in proceedings No. 2/TM/2016 – Reconstruction and extension of the kiln building located on the premises of Plant No. 1 of Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec in Bolesławiec
must be submitted to the Company's secretariat in Bolesławiec, ul. T. Kościuszki 11, by 5 May 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
2. A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a bid bond of PLN 180,000 (in words: one hundred and eighty thousand) at the Company's cash desk or to the Company's bank account at Bank PKO BP S.A., Bolesławiec branch, No. 39 10202137 0000 9202 0006 4972 by 5 May 2016. If the bid bond is paid by bank transfer, the payment should be made sufficiently in advance to ensure that the bid bond amount is credited to the Company's account on 5 May 2016.
3. The opening of offers will take place on 6 May 2016 at 12:00 noon at the Company's registered office.
4. Completion deadline: 365 days from the date the construction site is handed over.
