The register lists the scope of the contracts, their completion periods and the amounts. Unfortunately, the names of individuals were not provided, so we will not find out, for example, which employee is being sent to training at the office’s expense or who will earn thousands of złoty cleaning. We will learn, however, that the County Office pays the local television station PLN 3,000 for three programmes and their broadcast. That is a good price, and it is clearly evident that County Office officials know how to negotiate, because, as we know, Burmistrz gminy Andrzej Dutkowski pays over PLN 3,000 for just one programme.
