The main scope of the investment included constructing a roadway surface made of concrete paving blocks and a stormwater drainage system connected to the existing drainage system on Leśna Street. As part of the works, street lighting was installed on Lubańska Street (6 lamps), and street lighting was built on the access road to the Provincial Road Traffic Centre.
The access road is illuminated by four lamps. The contractor was SKG from Bożejowice near Bolesławiec. The cost of the works amounted to PLN 165,036. The funds came from the city budget.
