During the fair, the programme included culinary demonstrations by chefs, product presentations and tastings. Dishes from various regions of Poland and Georgian cuisine were prepared, as well as sweet treats. All the dishes were presented on tableware produced by our native Zakłady Ceramiczne. Visitors to the fair could therefore see Bolesławiec ceramics, manufactured at the Zakłady, in all its splendour.
Contemporary Polish cuisine was presented by Przemysław Bogucki (Boutique Brajt Restaurant & Rooms). Lower Silesian cuisine using local products was presented by Marcin Kurzawa (Manufaktura Smaku).
On Saturday, Georgian cuisine was the highlight. It is characterised, among other things, by a variety of spices and simplicity of preparation. Mutton, aubergines, original cheeses, watermelons, melons, grapes, pomegranates, walnuts, garlic and beans gave this cuisine its distinctive range of flavours, above all the herbs that give Georgian cuisine such a diverse taste.
On Sunday, the programme included, among other things, cake-decorating demonstrations by Szymon Kupkiewicz from the Simon Cook's culinary blog.
