As part of the programme held at the “Orzeł” Cultural Integration Centre, children take part in music activities. Each preschool group will participate in two meetings featuring singing and dancing activities. The project was created to meet not only children’s need for movement, but also to develop a range of their psychophysical abilities, such as perceptiveness, memory, concentration, quick reaction, visual-motor coordination, and orientation in relation to their own bodies and in space. Movement games with music satisfy a child’s natural need for movement and express their personality: feelings, thoughts and emotions. They help children communicate with their surroundings and establish relationships. The music activities involving singing and dancing are led by BOK-MCC instructors Barbara Lendzian and Agnieszka Radwańska.
At the end of the project, the participants will take part in the 1st Preschool Song Review “Pozytywka”. BOK-MCC plans to organise the project regularly.
