The play Długi ŁYKend is a classic comedy, brilliantly written, with excellent dialogue and surprising plot twists. Its protagonists are two couples who love and hate each other: a lawyer and a psychotherapist, and an inept screenwriter and a shop owner. The four protagonists spend a weekend in a holiday cottage, lost somewhere in the forests of eastern Poland. What happens during these few days will turn their lives upside down. What is true and what is a lie? Where is the boundary of friendship? In the dark corners of the souls of Karol, Wanda, Robert and Pola, the membranes of hypocrisy and wild madness will resonate. Their true passions and desires will come to light, while the decisions they make will unimaginably complicate the fate of both couples. Love, friendship, hatred, jealousy? Everything served with a great sense of humour. How will the protagonists’ lives unfold? What decisions will they make? How will this story end?
