The mayor Piotr Roman spoke:
These grants are one part of the Municipal Commune’s activities. We most often co-finance—for we realize that this is not full funding—what you do. This money is intended to act as a kind of leaven for you. It should bear fruit in the form of developing your activities through the use of our funds.
Next, Deputy Mayor Kornel Filipowicz, head of the committee allocating the grants, explained the criteria that guided the body.
The final item of the meeting was the presentation of grant promises to representatives of sports clubs and non-governmental organizations.
