There is a shortage of qualified ceramic decorators in our town. Zakłady Ceramiczne „Bolesławiec” felt this shortage painfully as they looked for employees both in our county and in neighboring counties.
The result? The company had to turn to firms specializing in employment placement. This means that Zakłady may hire foreigners from Ukraine (unofficially, there is talk of 40 people).
