On January 11 this year, operational police officers from Bogatynia, who were conducting activities targeting people suspected of property-related crimes, identified a suspect in the burglary and theft from a delivery van that took place last week.
He turned out to be a 25-year-old resident of Bogatynia. After smashing the van’s side window, the perpetrator took a CB radio and a money pouch from inside, causing losses of several hundred zlotys.
The man from Bogatynia now faces up to 10 years in prison.
