Free legal assistance includes:
- preparing a draft application for exemption from court costs or appointment of a court-appointed attorney

- assistance in preparing a draft letter, excluding a statement of claim.
Free legal assistance does not cover cases:
- concerning taxes related to running a business
- covered by customs, foreign-exchange and commercial law
