Police officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters, as part of operational activities aimed at combating drug-related crime, detained a man suspected of possessing narcotic drugs.
During a search of the basement rooms belonging to the detainee, officers found marijuana from which over 2,000 retail doses could have been produced. They also seized various items that could have been used to grow cannabis.
Officers are currently clarifying the circumstances of the case. The 50-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County has already been charged with possession of narcotic drugs. He faces up to 3 years in prison.
