On Sunday, the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre organized Grandparents’ Day. Twelve pairs of competitors took part in team water games. Each team consisted of two people: a grandmother or grandfather and a grandson or granddaughter.
The teams competed in various events: a board relay, retrieving a ring, throwing into a basket, as well as slalom and train events. There were no losers in the competition. All pairs took first place. All participants also received certificates, commemorative badges and small material gifts.
