Michał Walczak writes about his play that it is “based above all on a sharp, tragicomic battle of the sexes, with all the cruelty and humor of mutual incomprehension between a modern HER and a modern HIM”.

Teatr Odnaleziony's “Pierwszy Raz” is seemingly a comedy performance depicting a futile struggle in the pursuit of a perfect sexual initiation. In this performance, we meet young protagonists and follow their lives, observe the entire sphere of their conflicting feelings, and continually take part in the games played by her and him. Where does this lead us? Are we able to see ourselves reflected in the mirror of their struggles? It is worth finding out personally.

Teatr Odnaleziony. The theatre's work often evokes extreme emotions – people either love Odnaleziony or hate it, but wherever it operates, a great deal is happening: important issues are addressed, and people are enchanted, captivated and transported to a land of dreamlike reality. One may dislike the theatre's aesthetic and mock its use of kitsch as a form of expression, but when following the evolution of this creation, it is impossible to deny its immense courage and extraordinary development at a truly record pace.
