The operator’s attention was drawn to one man’s clothing (work overalls) and the fact that the men appeared disoriented and uncertain about the direction in which they were walking.
Then, after obtaining information and reviewing footage from the LPK store’s security camera, the Bolesławiec city video-surveillance operator analyzed the footage. He recognized the men he had observed during the night of November 11–12.
The above information, together with footage from Bolesławiec city video surveillance, was immediately forwarded to officers of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. As it turned out, this material helped identify those responsible for the theft of the laptops, as we reported last week in the article Break-in at LPK – thieves arrested by police.
