Two days ago, construction workers laid the bituminous base course there. On 25 November, they laid the second layer—the binder course. Today, they plan to lay the third, wearing course, i.e. the final layer, on the section from Grunwaldzka Street to Grabskiego Street.
“There will then be a break in asphalting to complete the works connected with the roundabout at the intersection of Jaworzyńska, Rataja and Oświęcimska streets,” says Mariusz Szczepaniak, the construction manager from Skanska Mariusz Szczepaniak. “In the first days of December, we want to start laying the bituminous layers at this roundabout,” he adds.
