Up to 90% discounts on municipal housing purchases in Rudna

The Municipal Council has decided that tenants of municipal housing may receive a discount when purchasing the units they occupy. The discount may amount to as much as 90% of the apartment’s value.

Only tenants who have an indefinite-term lease agreement and are not in arrears with rent or other charges related to the apartment may benefit from the discount.

The discount does not apply to residential units built by the municipality after 1 January 1991, or to units renovated or modernized during the five-year period preceding the date they were designated for sale, if the cost of the renovation or modernization exceeded 30% of the price of the unit.
