In connection with the call for proposals for projects financed through the Integrated Territorial Investments of the Jelenia Góra Agglomeration under the Lower Silesian Regional Operational Programme 2014–2020, within Measure 10.1 “Ensuring Equal Access to High-Quality Preschool Education”, UM Jelenia Góra invites you to an information meeting, which will be held on 20 November this year at Książnica Karkonoska.

As part of this call, applications are being accepted for the following types of projects:

  • 10.1.A. Establishing new places, including places adapted to the needs of children with disabilities, in existing or new preschool education centres, including special and integrated centres, as well as establishing new places offering alternative forms of care for preschool-age children.
  • 10.1.B. Additional educational and specialist activities aimed at supporting children’s development at the early education stage by expanding the offer of preschool education centres with additional activities that increase children’s educational opportunities and address diagnosed deficits. The list of additional activities includes:
    • specialist activities such as corrective-compensatory, speech therapy and sociotherapeutic activities, as well as other therapeutic activities;
    • activities within the framework of early developmental support as defined by the Education System Act;
    • activities stimulating psychomotor development, such as corrective gymnastics;
    • activities developing social and emotional skills;
    • activities developing key competences necessary in the labour market among preschool-age children, namely communication in foreign languages, mathematical and basic scientific and technological competences, digital competences, learning to learn, social competences, initiative and entrepreneurship, as well as appropriate attitudes and skills, including creativity, innovation, teamwork and activities that stimulate curiosity about the world.
  • 10.1.C. Improving the professional skills and competences of teachers at preschool education centres, necessary for working with preschool-age children, including children with special educational needs, in particular through cooperation between teachers and parents, including dealing with difficult situations.

The following may apply for funding: local government units, their associations and partnerships; organisational units of local government units; non-governmental organisations; bodies managing public and non-public preschools and other forms of preschool education; and entrepreneurs.

Venue: Książnica Karkonoska, 27 Bankowa Street – Jelenia Góra.
Participant registration starts at 9:30 a.m.

Confirmation that the application has been accepted will be sent in reply to the email address from which the application was submitted, with the following message: “I confirm acceptance of the registration for the information meeting”.

In the event of substantial interest in participating in the ZIT AJ meetings, ZIT AJ reserves the right to limit the number of people registered on the form from a single institution and/or to end the acceptance of applications earlier. Participants will be notified of this in the reply concerning their application.

The organiser does not cover costs related to parking fees or any other fees associated with the participation of people accepted for the meeting.
