Officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters detained the perpetrator of two burglaries that took place at the same company as a result of operational activities.
The suspect broke into the company warehouse on two consecutive days. He stole a brush cutter, rims, car tires and electrical cables. The officers established where the perpetrator had hidden the loot and recovered coils of cables. The losses were estimated at nearly PLN 6,000.
The detained 23-year-old resident of Bolesławiec admitted to the charges against him and gave explanations.
The man has previous offenses against property on his record. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
